摘　　要：在手术室护理工作中,由于环境特殊,术中护患语言交流有很大局限性。为了帮助患者创造最佳身心状态,促进护患间的理解与支持,笔者把非语言沟通技术应用于手术室护理工作中,取得了满意的效果。同时,充分利用沟通技巧,能够有效消除患者心理问题,提高手术依从性,减少护患纠纷。In nursing work of operation room,intraoperative nurse-patient communication has great limitations,because of special environment.In order to help patients to create the best physical and mental state,to promote the understanding and support of the nurse-patient relationship,we put the nonverbal communication technology applied in the nursing work of operation room,and satisfactory results were obtained.At the same time,making full use of communication skills can effectively eliminate the psychological problems of patients with operation,improve compliance,reduce nurse-patient disputes.
