低压电器触头瞬态热分析及其在抗熔焊中的应用

摘　　要：探讨了低压电器触头电接触瞬态热分析的数学模型,利用ANSYS软件对热过程的相变问题进行分析,得出触头熔焊过程中温度随时间的变化情况,并由此计算熔焊力。通过改变触头材料,分别进行仿真和计算对应的熔焊力,结果表明该方法可有效估计不同材料的抗熔焊性能,确保电器可靠工作。Discussion was made to a mathematical model of electric-contact transient thermal analysis of low-voltage electric apparatus contact. ANSYS was used to analyze the phase change problem of thermal process, so that in contact welding process temperatures followed time and the welding force could be calculated according to the change situation. Via changing contact material, simulating the mathematical model and calculating the corresponding welding force, the result shows that the method can effectively evaluate anti-welding performance of different materials, to ensure electric apparatus working reliably.
