摘  要:台阶轴胎模锻过程中,易出现坯料填充不满缺陷.为解决此问题,应用DEFORM-3D建立有限元模型,通过对内部材料速度流动图、变形流线图进行分析.结果表明:坯料的不均匀变形流动导致坯料填充不满,模具与坯料接触摩擦因数越大,填充不满现象越严重;减小摩擦因数对不均匀变形流动状况改善有限;上模增加锥度,能有效改善坯料变形流动均匀性;增加锥度与改善摩擦条件两种措施结合能够更加有效地改善填充效果;在摩擦因数为0.3、锥度为3°的工艺条件下,填充程度能够达到92%.At the contact boundary of the die, the billet is not easy to be filled into the die fully in stepped shaft forging process. The simulation software DEFORM-3D is used to simulate the forming process of stepped shaft forging. By analyzing the speed flow chart and flow net chart, it is indicated that the non-uniform deformation will lead to the unsuccessful comer filling defects: the bigger the friction coefficientis, the worse the forming defects. However, reducing friction coefficient can obtain a limited improvement of the non-uniform deformation flow condition. And an outer cone punch can effectively improve the billet deformation flow uniformity. Therefore, an outer cone punch combined with appropriate friction condition can effectively improve filling effect, and with the friction coefficient 0.3, ta- per 3° in forging process, the filling degree can reach 92%.
