摘 要:目的探讨应用不同方法清洁消毒数字减影血管造影(DSA)机对导管室手术间空气质量的影响。方法在手术间净化空调层流系统正常运行状态下,同一人员分别应用清水及250mg/L含氯消毒液对DSA机进行擦拭清洁消毒,应用清水和消毒液均清洁消毒两次,在无人和术中两种情况下,分别在擦拭前、擦拭后30、60、120min进行空气采样和细菌计数。结果采用清水及含氯消毒液擦拭消毒DSA机器后,导管室手术间空气质量均能达到Ⅲ类一般洁净手术室标准,≥0.5μm尘粒含尘浓度≤350粒/L、浮游菌≤75CFU/m3、沉降菌≤2CFU/(30min.Φ90mm皿),差异无统计学意义。结论采用清水擦拭清洁和含氯消毒液擦拭消毒DSA机,对导管室手术间空气质量无明显影响,两者能够达到等同效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of different depuratory and sterilization methods for digital subtraction angiography(DSA) machinery on the air quality of catheter operation rooms.METHODS Under the status that the air conditioning and laminar flow system in the catheter operation rooms was used,the same person cleaned the DSA machinery separately by using clean water and chloro-sterilization fluid,each method was operated twice.Air sample and bacterial count were operated separately on the time spot before cleaning,30,60 and 120minutes after cleaning under the condition of empty and in-operation.RESULTS After cleaning the DSA machinery separately by clean water and chloro-sterilization fluid,all the air quality samples in catheter operation room could meet the critera with gradeⅢ,(35 granule/L≥0.5 μm dust particle ≤350 granule/L,planktonic of dust corentratin bacteria≤75 CFU/m3,sedimentated bacteria≤2 CFU/(30 min· Φ90mm) culture dish),the differences were not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Cleaning the DSA machinery by using clean water or chloro-sterilization fluid has no significant influence in the air quality of catheter operation rooms,both the two methods can achieve the same effect.
