摘 要:目的探讨氧气湿化瓶清洗方法改进的效果。方法 60个回收氧气湿化瓶随机等分两组,试验组:湿化瓶用改进清洗方法即洗衣粉和多酶混合液浸泡10min,清洗后消毒;对照组:用传统方法即清水清洗后消毒,分别于7d进行肉眼观察和细菌学检测。结果试验组与对照组清洗后的氧气湿化瓶残留物检出率分别为6.7%、60.0%,试验组的透明度、外观清洁度为96.7%、100.0%,对照组为56.7%、50.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组湿化瓶储存7d细菌总数<15CFU/cm2,细菌监测合格率为100.0%,对照组为93.3%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论洗衣粉及多酶混合液浸泡有助于清洗效果的提高。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy in the improvement of the cleaning methods of the oxygen humidifier bottles.METHODS A total of 60 recovered oxygen humidifier bottles were randomly divided into two groups,the humidified bottles of the experimental group were improved the cleaning methods by using multi-enzyme mixture of detergents and soaking for 10min,then cleaned after the disinfection;the control group was treated with the traditional method that is with disinfection after the cleaning with running water,the results were observed with naked eyes and the bacteriological detection was performed on the 7th day.RESULTS The detection rates of the residues from the oxygen humidifier bottles of the experimental group and the control group were 6.7% and 60.0%,respectively,the transparency and the cleanliness of the experimental group were 96.7% and 100.0%,the control group 56.7% and 50.0%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total bacterial colony count was less than 15 CFU/cm2 in the experimental group as the humidifier bottles were stored for 7 days,the qualified rate of the bacteriological surveillance was 100.0%,the control group 93.3%,the differences was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Detergent and soaked in a mixture of many enzymes help improve the cleaning effect.
