摘  要:目的通过目标性监测,了解连台手术中可能导致医源性感染的主要因素及与之相关控制管理的主要环节。方法选择Ⅱ级层流洁净手术室手术后连续监测,术后0、10、20、30min空气中尘粒含量、微生物浓度及物体表面染菌浓度。结果手术室空气中尘粒浓度在手术结束后20min、空气中微生物浓度在手术结束后10min及手术室物体表面染菌浓度在10min后合格数为25、16和20,合格率分别为83.3%、86.7%及93.3%,达到手术要求的标准。结论Ⅱ级层流洁净手术室在物体表面消毒及手术室自闭、净化20min后,手术室环境可达到继续下一台手术的要求。OBJECTIVE To investigate the major factors of hospital-acquired infections and related control management during consecutive operations through targeted surveillance.METHODS We continuously monitored the dust particle contents in the air,microbial concentrations and bacterial concentrations on the surface of objects in the grade Ⅱclean laminar flow operating room 0 min,10 min,20 min and 30 min after the operation respectively.RESULTS The dust particle contents in the air 10min after the operation,microbial concentration in the air 10 min after operation and bacteria concentration on the surface 10 min after the operation were 25,16,and 20 respectively,the qualified rates were 83.3%,86.7%,and 93.3%,which all met the requirements.CONCLUSION The environment of gradeⅡ clean laminar flow operating room can meet the requirements for next operation through the disinfection of the object surfaces and the closed purification for 20 min.
