摘　　要：目的改革消毒供应中心传统管理模式,建立信息化的管理方法。方法建立消毒供应中心质量追溯;医疗包及全院医疗物品成本核算;全院各科室物品基数管理;医疗物品物流实时管理,医疗包和一次性物品库存管理;人员绩效考核管理功能。结果灭菌物品实现质量追溯,规范工作流程,灭菌物品质量有保障;由原来的手工统计操作模式改为信息数据化,实时查询、统计相关数据,快速准确、安全;提升了管理者实效性。结论通过信息化管理方式,实现了消毒供应中心全方位、全员的管理,提高管理者的管理效益。OBJECTIVE To establish information management to replace the traditional one in central sterile supply department.METHODS The quality tracking system was established in central sterile supply department,the cost of the medical package and the medical supplies of hospital wide,the management of the radix of the medical supplies in various departments,real-time logistics of medical kits and the inventory of disposable objects,and the management of staff performance appraisal.RESULTS The system played important roles in quality tracking of sterilized items,standardized workflow,and ensuring the quality of the sterilized items;information data replacing the manual statistical model was accurate,rapid and safe in the real-time query and statistics of related data,which could improve the effectiveness.CONCLUSION By the information management system can achieve all-round and all-staffs management in central sterile supply department and raise the management efficiency.
