医疗器械监测在医院感染预防中的作用

摘　　要：目的提高消毒灭菌医疗器械操作效能,有效减少医院感染。方法采用实时监控、采样监测的方法,对监测结果统计分析。结果共监测样本566份,合格526份,总合格率为92.93%,其中口腔器械、消毒包、灭菌剂、紫外线灯合格率分别为62.50%、95.26%、91.67%、60.00%。结论及时分析监测数据,采取干预管理措施,可以有效预防医院感染。OBJECTIVE To improve the clinical rational use of antibiotics and operating performance of the sterilization of medical devices so as to reduce nosocomial infections.METHODS By the means of real-time monitoring and sampling,the statistical analysis of monitoring results was performed.RESULTS A total of 566 samples were monitored,among which 526 samples were qualified with the total qualified rate of 92.93%,the qualified rates of oral devices,sterile package,sterilization agents,and ultraviolet light were 62.5%,95.26%,91.67%,and 60.00%,respectively.CONCLUSION To analyze the monitoring data in a timely manner and take intervention measures can effectively prevent nosocomial infections.
