摘 要:目的分析妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后感染的病原菌分布及耐药特点,为临床治疗及预防提供依据。方法选取医院2009年7月-2011年6月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者,对其送检标本病原菌种类及药敏试验结果进行分析,观察其病原菌分布及耐药特点。结果 201例感染患者共检出病原菌182株,其中革兰阳性菌93株,占51.1%,革兰阴性菌75株,占41.2%,真菌14株,占7.7%;产超广谱β-内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌检出20株,检出率为38.5%。结论妇科肿瘤患者感染病原菌耐药率较高,临床治疗中应根据其抗菌谱合理应用广谱抗菌药物,提高治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens causing infections in malignant tumor patients in gynecology department and provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment.METHODS The malignant tumor patients who enrolled in the gynecology department from Jul 2009 to Jun 2011 were selected,the species of the pathogens from the submitted specimens and the result of the drug susceptibility testing were analyzed,the characteristics of the distribution of the pathogens and the drug resistance were observed.RESULTS Of 201 patients,there were 182 strains of pathogens isolated,including 93 strains(51.1%) of gram-positive bacteria,75 strains(41.2%) of gram-negative bacteria,and 14 strains(7.7%) of fungi;there were 20 strains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli with the detection rate of 38.5%.CONCLUSION The drug resistance rate of the pathogens causing infections in gynecological tumor patients is so high that it is necessary to reasonably use broad spectrum antibiotics in line with the antibacterial spectrum so as to improve the therapeutic effect.
