摘　　要：科技进步是建筑业持续发展的强劲动力,在推进建筑业科技进步和技术创新中,科技成果的推广也是关键工作。针对当前建筑业科技成果推广面临的问题,分析建筑业科技成果推广的特点及国外科技成果转化的模式,构建了由政府参与,以政府推动为主的建筑业科技成果创新推广发展模式。由建立"云技术"服务平台、制定含新技术的强制性标准、完善科技成果推广的相关政策等措施,构成该模式的核心:政府参与的概念科技中介机构。The development of science and technology is the powerful motivation to the sustaining development of the construction industry. In the process of scientific and technological progress and innovation, the technology promotion is the key work. Faced with the technology promotion problems, by analyzing the characteristics of technology promotion and learning the model of overseas technology commercialization, this paper establishes an innovative model, which are mainly promoted by government and government involvement, based on the following measures ： establishing the ＂cloud technology＂ services platform, making mandatory standards with new technology, formulating and improving the relevant policies, which constitute the core of innovative model： establishing the concept technology intermediary by government.
