摘　　要：银行业信息系统结构复杂,知识体系庞大。当前主流IT治理模型不能满足对知识精确管理的需求。研究了当今中国银行业信息系统体系结构,结合中国银行业信息化建设现状和国际主要IT治理模型,构造以知识工程为核心的IT治理模型,为中国银行业IT治理提出一种新的思路。The banking information system structure is very complicated, and the knowledge system is huge. The current IT governance model cant meet the demand for precision knowledge management. This paper studies Chinese banking information system architecture, analyzes Chinese banking informatization construction status and the major IT governance model. At last, it constructs an IT governance model based on knowledge engineering, proposing a new idea for Chinese banking IT governance.
