摘　　要：联合投资是创业投资的一种重要形式。基于社会网络视角对中国创业投资有向网络结构开展实证研究。研究结论表明,我国创业投资网络凝聚性较低,发展不均衡,核心、边缘区域密度差异较大,外资机构优势明显,本土机构逐步崛起。并最终提出了一些相关建议。Joint investment is an important form of venture capital. Based on perspective of social network, the paper makes an empirical research on the directed network structure of venture capital in China. The research results indicate that the network of venture capital in China is not cohesive and balanced. The density of core and edge region has big difference. Foreign institutions have obvious advantages and local institutions gradually rise. We finally provide some sug- gestions.
