摘  要:综述了高分子合金相容剂的重要研究进展,包括相容剂体系和相容性表征的研究。目前新研制出的相容剂主要有PVDF-g-AAc-g-TPU、EAGMA、PP-g-MAH和PP-g-MAH-St;这些相容剂克服了高分子合金和高分子基复合材料热稳定性差的缺点,降低了共混物的加工温度,并提高了材料的强度和抗冲击性能。现代表征技术在检验相容剂增容效果和表征高分子合金相容性起到了很好的作用,利用转矩流变仪和DSC检验相容剂的作用基团、扫描电镜和透射电镜观测EMG增容后的MDPE/PA6和MDPE/PET的断口形貌和组分的平均粒径、偏光显微镜和WAXD表征交联LLDPE-PP/LLDPE/PP合金晶型和结晶行为。作者针对相容剂对合金性能影响的研究存在的争议与分歧,认为高分子合金相容剂向功能化和复合化发展。This paper reviewed breakthroughs in compatibilizer field,including the development of compatibilizer systems and compatibilization characterization techniques. This paper reported several novel compatibilizer systems like PVDF-g-AAc-g-TPU, EAGMA, PP-g-MAH and PP-g-MAH-St, which overcome the weakness of thermal stability among polymer blends and polymer-based composites, decrease the processing temperature and increase the tensile/impact strength. Other hand, modern characterization techniques promotes the research on effects of compatibilizer systems and compatibization of blends,this paper reported the Haake rheometer and DSC curves on compatibilizers~ functional groups, the SEM and TEM images on fracture morphology and average size of EMG compatibilized MDPE/PET and POM images and WAXD curves on crystallization behaviors characterization of crosslinked LLDPE-PP/LLDPE/PP. In addition, this paper discussed the disputes concerning the effects of compatibilizers on polymer blends and proposed that compatibilizers will become composited and multifunctional.
