摘　　要：目的探讨年龄对Tuffier's线所经腰椎水平的影响。方法选择20岁以上患者240例,以10岁为单位分不同年龄组,分别为20～29岁组、30～39岁组、40～49岁组、50～59岁组、60～69岁组和70岁以上组,观察比较仰卧位腰椎平片上Tuffiers线所经腰椎水平的变化。结果 Tuffier's线所经腰椎水平位于L4椎体上缘至L5～S1椎体间隙之间,与年龄存在相关性(rp=0.219,P=0.001),70岁以上人群较50岁以下明显上移(P<0.05)。结论 Tuffier's线所经腰椎水平随年龄的增长而上移,且年龄越大越显著。Objective To investigate the influence of age on the position of Tuffier＇s line in adults. Methods Two hundreds and forty patients over the age of 20 were enrolled,and were divided into 20-29 years old group 30-39 years old group, 40-49 years old group, 50-59 years old group, 60- 69 years old group and over the age of 70 group. The positions of tuffier＇s line passed lumbar vertebra on the supine position were recorded. Results The position of tuffier＇s line lies between the upper L4 and L5-S1 interspace, which was correlated with age （r_p = 0.219, P = 0.001 ）, and in population older than 70 was higher than that those younger than 50（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The position of Tuffier＇s line shifts upward with the increase of age, especially in elder adults.
