摘　　要：社区档案是社区各项工作的真实记录,它直接为社区居民解决再就业问题提供服务。在开展帮扶工作、加强社区党建、强化社区治安等方面发挥了不可低估的作用。要搞好社区档案建设,就必须积极稳妥推进社区档案工作,加强基础建设,完善服务机制,努力提高档案队伍的素质。As a true record of all kinds of community work,community archives have played an important role in helping community residents with reemployment,carrying out helping and aiding program,intensifying the Party construction and strengthening community security.Completing development of community archives requires advancing the work in a positive yet prudent way,enhancing infrastructure,improving service system and striving to lift the quality of archives managers.
