试论高等职业学生社会责任感的培养

摘　　要：面对当今社会的竞争激烈的市场经济时代,一定要加强高职生的社会责任感的培养和教育。在教育中,可以结合社会需求和企业实际丰富学校文化;结合高职生自身特点创建优良的校风和学风;创办学生社团提高高职生参与意识和集体意识;提升高职生自我意识水平以增进高职生社会责任感。同时,还需要高职生家庭教育和社会教育的联合。As the world enters into the era of market economy,the harsher competition out there requires step-upped efforts in fostering a sense of social responsibility among vocational college students.The relevant training center should take into account the needs of both society and job markets to enrich the campus culture,develop healthy environment for the students to acquire the knowledge based on their demands and set up student communities to involve the students in teamwork to teach them how to cooperate and find their proper niches.Apart form the role school plays,the paper also points out that the education from families and society is also a significant factor.
