中国“高学历失业”的经济社会效应及承受能力分析

摘　　要：所谓"高学历失业"是指具有大专(含大专)以上学历者失业,是一种知识人群的高层次失业。高学历失业不但对社会稳定产生着深刻的影响,还加剧了社会的贫富差距,呈现出明显而直接的经济后果。基于高学历失业在社会效应上的表现,通过收入状况、失业者的观念和心态状况、社会保障体制状况三个层面,可进一步分析影响高学历失业的社会承受能力的深层原因。The so-called ＂highly educated unemployed＂ refers to graduates with college degree（include） above out of work,which is an unemployment phenomenon of the intelligentsia of the social upper class.It not only has a profound influence on the stability of the society but also makes the gap between the rich and the poor,and lots of apparent and direct economic effects appear.Basing on the effect resulted the income disparity,the attitude and ideology of the unemployed and the social security system could explore the reasons for bearing capacity the occurrence of unemployed with high education qualification.
