摘　　要：保护农村妇女土地权益是地方政府职责的主要内容之一,对地方政府及其部门来说,保护妇女土地权益的具体职责应包括法律政策保障、民主环境优化、土地市场监管、社会保障供给、维权渠道救济等责任。目前我国地方政府在保护妇女土地权益过程中存在许多问题,必须加以完善。Protecting rural women＇s land rights is the local government＂ main responsibility. Responsibilities of local governments and their departments include legal policy, democracy and environmental optimization, land market supervision, social security, rights relief channel. There are many problems for local government in protecting women＇s land rights at present. So, it must be improved.
