基于古城修复契机的大同低碳旅游发展研究

摘　　要：发展低碳旅游,既是低碳经济发展的必然要求,也是大同产业实行转型升级的良好机遇。从低碳旅游的概念入手,分析了古城修复保护契机下大同低碳旅游发展资本,提出大同发展低碳旅游应从以下几个方面着手:政府层面、旅游企业层面、消费者层面共同参与,制定政策目标,合理规划旅游区环境承载力,因地制宜发展低碳旅游体验环境,构建低碳旅游吸引物,加大宣传力度,鼓励和支持示范点的建设。Developing the low carbon tourism is an inevitable requirement of the low carbon economy development, also is a good opportunity to realize the transformation and upgrade of tourism. This article summarizes the concept of low--carbon tourism to analyse the SWOT Of low-carbon tourism development in Datong, and puts forward the relevant counter- measures. The government, tourism enterprises and consumers all should partake jointly at making policy goals, planning tourist environmental bearing capacity reasonably, developing low carbon tourism experience environment according to local conditions, constructing low carbon tourist attractions, encouraging and supporting the construction of the demonstra- tion centers.
