摘 要:采用光电子能谱法(XPS)研究了00Cr13Ni4Co4Mo4W2Ti马氏体时效不锈钢在酸性溶液中的钝化膜结构与组成。结果表明,经过化学钝化处理后的成膜试样在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐点蚀性能明显提高,点蚀电位由332mV(vs.SCE,下同)提高到439mV;马氏体时效不锈钢钝化膜是由表层和过渡层组成的双层结构,钝化膜的外层主要成分为Cr2O3、CrOOH或Cr(OH)3和FeOOH。钝化膜内层的主要成分是Cr2O3和FeO。Ni、Mo在膜底富集,可以避免钝化膜的还原,从而增加了钝化膜的稳定性,改善了马氏体时效不锈钢的耐蚀性。The composition and structure of passive films formed on 00Cr13Ni4Co4Mo4W2Ti maraging stainless steel in acidic solution were studied by XPS. The results show that the pitting resistance of the steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was greatly improved. The pitting potential was increased form 332 mV to 439 mV(SCE) after passivation treatment. The passive films were composed of an outer layer and an inner layer. The outside passive film of the maraging stainless steel was mainly composed of Cr2O3, CrOOH or Cr(OH)3 and FeOOH . The inside film was mainly composed of Cr2O3 and FeO. The enrichment of Ni and Mo in the bottom of the passive film can avoid the reduction of the passive film, increase the stability of the passive film, and improve the corrosion resistance of the maraging stainless steel.
