摘  要:以氧氯化锆和硅酸钠为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了新型硅锆复合颗粒材料(Zr-Si材料),并通过静态吸附法对模拟含氟水进行了处理,考察了吸附液的初始pH、初始F-含量、Zr-Si材料的投加量、吸附时间、反应温度等因素对材料除氟的影响。结果表明,含氟水初始pH为4、吸附温度为30℃时,4h可以达到吸附平衡,吸附基本符合Lagergren 1级和2级动力学模型;除氟吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,计算得吸附平衡常数为1.33 L/mg,最大饱和吸附量为28.59 mg/g。相对于传统的吸附材料,Zr-Si材料对氟有更大的亲和力和更高的饱和吸附量。A novel silicon-zirconium composite adsorbent (Zr-Si material) was prepared via co-precipitation approach and present standout performance in defluoridation. In the work, the influence factors of fluoride absorption, such as the initial pH and fluoride ~oncentration, Zr-Si material dosage, operation time and reaction temperature, were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption process obtained equilibrium in 4 h with the initial pH of 4, and the reaction temperature of 30 ℃. The adsorption process was fitted to Langmuir adsorption isotherm and second-order kinetics model with a adsorption equilibrium constant 1.33 L/mg and a maximum adsorption capacity 28.59 mg/g. Compared with some commercial adsorption materials, the prepared Zr-Si material had stronger absorption affinity and greater saturated absorption amount.
