摘 要:为实现污水处理厂处理能力的提升以及满足污水深度处理的要求,采用模拟废水对一种新型聚丙烯腈-活性碳纤维(PAN-ACF)生物膜反应器进行了深度处理能力和抗冲击负荷能力研究。结果表明,当HRT分别为8 h、12 h时,可分别实现出水COD、NH4+-N含量达到GB 18918-2002一级A排放要求和GB 3838-2002地表水Ⅲ类标准。当水温15℃左右、进水COD和NH4+-N的质量浓度分别为1 600 mg/L、140 mg/L左右时,COD、NH4+-N的去除负荷最高可分别达到4.36 kg/(m3.d)、0.14 kg/(m3.d)。PAN-ACF能够负载一层致密并有一定强度和弹力的生物膜,是一种优良的生态填料。Polyacrylonitrile activated carbon fiber (PAN-ACF) was used as a biocarrier to treat simulated wastewater in order to achieve the upgrade of the sewage treatment plant capacity and requirements of advanced treatment. The capacity of advanced treatment and anti-impulsion were focused on as well as biological affinity and regeneration of PAN-ACF. The results suggested that under normal load COD and NH4+-N of effluent met level A emission standards (GB 18918--2002) when HRT was 8 h which can met surface water type III (GB 3838--2002) when HRT was 12 h. Removal load of COD and NH4+-N were 4.36 kg/(m3·d) and 0.14 kg/(m3·d) at most when effluent concentration of COD and NH4+-N got up to 1 600 mg/L and 140 mg/L, respectively at 15 ℃. The biocompatibility and regenerability performance of PAN-ACF was good in the experiment that could load a layer of dense biofilm with certain strength and elasticity including the symbiotic ecosystem.
