摘 要:利用含醛基的多羧基化合物为改性剂,对铬鞣革屑水解提取的胶原蛋白进行化学改性,可制得富含羧基的改性胶原蛋白。将未改性和改性的胶原蛋白作为阻垢药剂进行阻垢对比试验。结果表明,阻垢体系中Ca2+质量浓度和pH是影响阻垢性能的主要因素,阻垢效率都随着Ca2+质量浓度及pH的增加而降低;两类阻垢药剂均对温度的变化比较敏感,随着温度的升高阻垢率变化都会呈下降趋势;未改性胶原蛋白的阻垢最佳投料量为25 mg/L,其阻垢效率仅为35%;改性胶原蛋白的阻垢最佳投料量为35 mg/L,相应阻垢率高达94%,是一种具有应用前景的阻垢剂。The methyloic modified collagen was obtained from using poly-carboxyl compounds which contain aldehyde group as modifying agent, and then modified by collagen extracted from leather shavings hydrolyzed product. Scale inhibition contrast experiments were carried on between modified collagen and unmodified collagen. The results showed that: The major influence factor of scale inhibition performance were Ca~+ concemtration and pH in scale inhibition system, Scale inhibition efficiency decreased with Ca2+ concerntration and pH; Anti-scaling optimum dosage and temperature of unmodified collagen were 25 mg/L and 75℃, Scale inhibition efficiency was only 35%; Two kinds of scale inhibitors were sensitive to changes in temperature, scale inhibition efficiency showed a declining trend with a rise of temperature; As a kind of scale inhibition with certain application prospect, anti-scaling optimum dosage of modified collagen were 35 mg/L, and associated scale inhibition efficiency was up to 94%, which had a good application prospect.
