摘 要:废聚酯瓶片洗涤废水属于碱性高浓度难降解废水,采用陶瓷膜错流过滤的方式进行试验,孔径50、200、500nm的陶瓷膜对SS和浊度截留率均在99%以上,渗透液存放24 h后保持澄清透明,对COD去除率为40.5%~43.3%,同时发现陶瓷膜对可溶物的透过性较好。陶瓷膜分离工艺参数优化试验表明,在膜孔径为50 nm,操作温度为40~50℃,平均错流速率为2.10 m/s,跨膜压差为0.13~0.15 MPa的条件下,陶瓷膜渗透通量衰减较慢。采用质量分数为0.2%NaClO溶液和0.3%草酸溶液的组合方式进行膜清洗试验,膜通量恢复率达80%以上。The waste polyethylene terephthalate bottle chip washing wastewater was the wastewater of high concentration alkaline and hard degradation. By cross-flow filtration methods with ceramic membrane with pore sizes of 50 nm, 200 nm and 500 nm, the removal rate of SS and turbidity were over 99%. The separated liquid was clear and transparent after 24 h. The removal rate of COD was from 40.5% to 43.3%. The permeability performance of ceramic membrane on the dissolved solids was better. The parameter optimization test results of ceramic membrane separation showed that the permeation flux of ceramic membrane attenuated slowly when the pore size was 50 rim, the operation temperature was from 40℃ to 50℃, the average cross-flow velocity was 2.10 m/s, and the transmembrane pressure was from 0.13 MPa to 0.15 MPa. By the combinations membrane cleaning test of the mass fraction of 0.2% NaC10 solution and 0.3% oxalic acid solution, the permeation flux recovery rate reached over 80%..
