摘 要:采用SBBR工艺处理味精废水,通过连续多周期的污染物指标跟踪研究,发现该工艺在曝气反应阶段存在明显的同步硝化反硝化作用。通过控制曝气量来控制DO,研究了不同DO对同步硝化反硝化脱氮效果的影响,结果表明曝气量在0.4~1.0 m3/h范围内均可有效实现同步硝化反硝化,而曝气量为0.4~0.5 m3/h时TN的去除是通过短程硝化反硝化实现的,当曝气量为0.5 m3/h时TN去除效果最好,平均去除率为79.62%。Sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) was used to treat the monosodium glutamate wastewater. By tracking analysis of the pollutant indexes for lots of cycles in SBBR, obvious simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) was found in the aeration reaction stage. The effect of different DO concentration on SND nitrogen removal was studied. The results showed that SND could be realized effectively under air flux of 0.4- 1.0 m^3/h, while the air flux range from 0.4 m3/h to 0.5 m3/h was proved very efficient for SND via nitrite, and 0.5 m3/h was the best air flux with the average TN removal rate of 79.62%.
