摘 要:为探讨生产规模的升级改造后生物滤池处理微污染原水的运行效果和微生物多样性,生物滤池通过自然挂膜实现快速启动在滤速0.8~1 m/h和气水体积比1~2条件下,分别考察滤速、气水比、反冲洗和预加氯对生物滤池运行的影响,并采集生物滤池不同层高(10 cm、20 cm)活性炭生物填料,应用分子生物学技术对样品中氨氧化细菌(AOB)多样性进行研究。结果表明,生物滤池运行中滤速和气水体积比分别选用8 m/h和1,反冲洗强度为15 L/(m2.s)、时间为5~6 min;预加氯对最终出水中CODMn和NH4+-N去除率影响不大,但对生物滤池内的NO2--N去除率和亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(NOB)影响比较显著;20 cm层高填料中AOB多样性高于10 cm。升级改造后生物滤池出水满足GB 5749-2006的要求。In order to explore the effect of full-scale upgrading biofilter on micro-polluted source water and bacterial diversity of activated carbon biofilm sample. The biofilter could start up quickly under the conditions of filtration rate 0.8-1 m/h and air-water ratio 1-2, and the influence of filtration rate, air-water ratio, backwashing and pre-chlorination were examined. Granular activated carbon (GAC) samples with different media height (10, 20 cm) in biofiter were collected, and molecular biology technique was applied to study the diversity of the AOB. The results showed that filtration rate and air- water ratio were 8 trdh and 1, respectively, and the intensity and time of backwashing were 15 L/(m2· s) and 5-6 min respectively under the operation. Pre-chlorination had not almost influence on permanganate index and NH4+-N, but on NO2-N and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria. The diversity of AOB in 20 cm was higher that of 10 cm. The effluent of the full-scale upgrading biofilter met the requirement of GB 5749-2006.
