摘 要:分析了厌氧-好氧法(A/O)工艺在某化肥厂污水处理中的应用情况,稳定运行期间,进水pH在8.0~8.5,体积流量为70 m3/h,MLSS和MLVSS的质量浓度分别为6.0~8.0和4.0~6.0 g/L,污泥回流体积比50%~100%。运行结果显示,进水NH3-N的质量浓度为59.5~81.8 mg/L,出水NH3-N的质量浓度<3 mg/L,去除率为97%;进水COD在214~320 mg/L,出水COD在64.9~70.6 mg/L(经混凝过滤后为平均54.1 mg/L),平均去除率为72.5%;除油率高达95.9%,对悬浮物的去除也达到70.9%。系统出水水质完全符合设计要求,处理成本为1.1元/t。Practical application of A/O process in chemical fertilizer plant wastewater treatment was focused in this article. A/O process rtmning stability, the influent pH was 8-8.5, flow of 70 m3/h, MLSS 6.0-8.0 g/L, MLVSS 4.0-6.0 g/L, sludge reflux ratio of 50%-100%. Test results proved that: NH3-N content of the infiuent was 59.5-81.8 mg/L while effluent was lower than 3 mg/L, removal rate was 97%; COD of infiuent was 214-320 mg/L while effluent was 64.9-70.6 mg/L, 68.5 mg/L in average (after coagulation and filtration as 54.1 mg/L), removal rate was 72.5% in average; The removal rate ofoil up to 95.9% and removal of suspended matter also reached to 70.9%; the effluent met the design requirements completely. The cost was 1.1 Yan/t.
