摘 要:水产品加工B厂污水处理站采用与加工A厂污水站相同的厌氧-好氧法(A/O)工艺,与气浮、混凝沉淀和D型滤池相结合设计体积流量6 500 m3/d。调试运行60 d后结果显示,出水COD和SS、氨氮的质量浓度分别为36mg/L和22、1.2 mg/L,去除率较高,出水水质良好,且系统整体运行稳定,运行费用低。调试运行初期,在温度、pH、DO含量均为正常水平的情况下,初步发现了以亚硝酸盐积累为主的短程硝化反硝化,调试运行46 d之后,短程硝化反硝化逐渐向全程硝化反硝化转变,因此,对短程硝化反硝化影响因素的研究有待进一步拓宽和延伸。The sewage treatment station in aquatic product manufactory B was designed by the wastewater discharge of 6 500 m3/d, adopted the same process with aquatic product manufactory A, that was, A/O biochemical process together with air floatation, coagulation sedimentation and D-type filter tank. After 60 d debugging, the results showed that effluent COD and SS, NH4+-N were 36 mg/L and 22 mg/L, 1.2 mg/L, respectively, which reached a high removal rate, and the system running stably and had a good treatment effect and low operation cost. With the normal temperature, pH, DO concentration and sludge age at the early days of debugging, the shortcut nitrification-denitrification was found which could be described by high nitrite accumulation, however, after 46 d running and debugging, shortcut nitrification-denitrification changed into complete nitrifieation-denitrification gradually. Therefore, study on the effects of shortcut nitrification-denitrification needed to be widened and extended.
