摘　　要：根据《智能变电站一体化监控系统建设技术规范》和《智能变电站一体化监控系统功能规范》,阐述了一体化监控系统建设的必要性和重要性。对一体化监控系统的系统范畴、系统结构和功能架构进行了介绍,对系统涉及的关键设备进行了阐述;对系统的网络结构和具体工程配置方案进行了讨论,有助于加深对智能变电站一体化监控系统相关规范的理解,推动一体化监控系统的建设。According to the following two sets of Chinese specifications： Technical Specification for Developing Integrated Supervision and Control Systems in Smart Substations and Function Specification for Integrated Supervision and Control Systems in Smart Substations,the necessity and importance of developing the integrated supervision and control system are presented.The scope,structure and function architecture of the system are described.Key devices used in the system are treated.The network structure of the system and detailed project configuration scheme are discussed,which is helpful to deeply understanding the above two sets of specifications and promoting the development of the system.
