摘　　要：简述了压力容器风险等级判定方法,重点讨论了通过对风险成本-收益-后果的分析,提出了对处于中等风险级别压力容器风险决策的依据及判定方法,对失衡系数DF、有效系数ICAF和收益差Δf综合考虑,可以对处于中等风险级别的压力容器定量、综合的作出风险决策。并运用该方法成功地对某具体压力容器进行风险分析和决策,得出了评价、决策结果。Methods of risk level determination for the pressure vessel were discussed.Risk decision-making basis and determination methods of the medium risk level＇s pressure vessel were proposed through analysis costs,benefit and consequences of risk.Comprehensive consideration to unbalanced coefficient DF effective coefficient ICAF and income difference Δf,risk decision of medium risk levels pressure vessel can be quantitatively and comprehensively decided A specific pressure vessel be successfully risk analyzed and decided based on this method.The results of evaluation and decision were obtained.
