摘　　要：《关于报刊编辑部体制改革的实施办法》已经公布,此《办法》引起了学术期刊从业者的热议。我们就学术期刊的产品属性、现有学术期刊的数量、学术期刊的社会责任等8个方面,对学术期刊办刊体制的商业化趋向提出了自己的思考。《办法》作为中长期的报刊改革的指导性方针是可取的,但学术期刊编辑部的改革要全面统筹、分类指导、减速慢行,需与事业单位改革同步,与社会领域的改革相协调,与国家扶持政策的相配套。Implementation measures of the structural reforms of the editorial department of press（hereinafter referred to as ＂measures＂） have been announced,and the measures have aroused heated discussion among academic journal editors.In this paper,we put forward our reflections on the commercialization reforms of academic journals running system in terms of eight aspects,including the product attributes,number and social responsibilities of academic journals,etc.We think that the ＂measures＂ are feasible as long-term guiding principles of structural reforms of press;however,commercialization reforms of academic journals running system should be implemented in an unrushed way,keeping pace with the reforms of public-sector organizations,in harmony with the reforms of social fields and matching with the supporting policies.
