摘　　要：当前,我国科技期刊出版业在资源整合的过程中,出现了一系列的瓶颈与困惑,例如:主办权归属问题、跨地区跨部门资源整合问题、信息获取渠道不畅等。对我国科技期刊出版资源整合方面存在的问题进行了梳理,分析了这其中反映的体制问题,并给出了相关的政策建议。At present,Chinese sci-tech journal publishing industry encounters a series of bottlenecks and confusions in the resources integration process,e.g.,the ownership of host right,across-department or-region resources integration,and unblocked access of information.In this paper,we summarize the problems existing in the resources integration of Chinese sci-tech journals,analyze the system drawbacks reflected in this case,and propose relevant policy suggestions.
