摘　　要：组稿工作是编辑部重要的工作内容之一。编辑部要发挥主动性,积极组稿;对前沿性的科学研究成果和"973"等重大项目进行广泛报道,丰富稿源途径。据此,阐述组稿的方法和技巧,指出组稿中常见的一些问题,并给出相应措施。Soliciting manuscripts for sci-tech journals is very important for the editorial offices.Editors should take an active part in soliciting manuscripts,extensively report edge-cutting research achievements of ＂973＂ projects and relevant fields,and enrich the channels of paper soliciting.Subsequently,detailed methods and skills of soliciting contributions for sci-tech journals are presented and some measures for properly processing the solicited papers are proposed with some case reports.
