摘　　要：编辑与作者的关系,犹如水与船的关系一样,相辅相成。本文结合科研与编辑工作实际,从尊重作者和慧眼识珠2个方面阐述科技期刊编辑应如何去建立和维护与作者之间朋友式的和谐关系。The relationship between editors and authors is like that between river and boat which complement each other. Combining with our research and editing practice, we demonstrate their relationship from the following two aspects： respecting authors and be good at discovering excellent manuscripts, based on which the friendly and harmonious relationship between editors and authors will be established.
