摘　　要：针对南通翰林府基坑的具体情况和施工要求,介绍了基坑周边建筑物变形监测方案,对邻近建筑物监测数据进行了分析整理,就该次工程实践归纳了几点认识.A program to monitor the deformation of buildings surrounding the foundation pit of Nantong Imperial Palace was presented based on the construction conditions and requirements.Monitoring data were analyzed and some observations of the construction were summarized.
