试管婴儿双胎与自然妊娠双胎的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对试管婴儿双胎与自然妊娠双胎的围产期情况、围产期结局、母亲情况进行比较分析。方法:抽取试管婴儿双胎与自然妊娠双胎各53例,将其定义为A、B两组,对两组婴儿的出生体重、阿氏评分情况、母亲年龄、剖宫产率、胆汁淤积综合症情况、先兆早产发生情况进行比较分析。结果:A组婴儿的出生时体重和阿氏评分明显高于B组婴儿;该组婴儿的母亲的平均年龄明显高于B组婴儿;该组婴儿的母亲出现胆汁淤积综合症和先兆早产的人数明显多于A组婴儿;该组婴儿母亲在分娩时选择剖宫产的人数明显多于A组婴儿。结论:试管婴儿双胎与自然妊娠双胎除出生时体重和阿氏评分两项指标存在一定的差异之外,其围产期结局没有任何差异。Objietive：to IVF twins and natural twin pregnancy perinatal cases,perinatal outcome,mother of comparative analysis.Method：of extracting natural IVF twins and twin pregnancy53 cases respectively,which can be divided into the definition for the A,B two group,the two groups of infants of birth weight,Apgar score,age of the mother,the rate of cesarean section,cholestasis syndrome,threatened premature occurrence of comparative analysis.Results：in the A group of infant birth weight and Apgar score was significantly higher in B group of infants;the group of infants born to mothers with the mean age was higher than that in the B group of infants;the group of infants born to mothers appear cholestasis syndrome and threatened premature labor significantly outnumber A group of infants;the group of infants born to mothers in childbirth choose cesarean section the number of significantly more than the A group of infants.Conclusion ：the IVF twins and natural twin pregnancy in birth weight and Apgar score two indexes have some differences,the perinatal outcome without any difference.
