摘　　要：ASME规范第Ⅰ卷《动力锅炉》已执行98版。A98已于98年7月1日发布，1999年1月1日强制执行。A99有实质性变动。新增对奥氏体材料冷加工成形限制规定；对连接件焊缝最低要求未焊透结构的规定。对各式水管锅炉的共同要求作了删繁就简的调整。引用标准有很大变化。ANSI转化为ASME标准并更新为最新版本，显示出跨世纪态势。ASME Code Section I RULES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF POWER BOILERS 1998 Edition has been implemented. Issued on July 1, 1998, A98 was enforced on January 1 1999. Material alterations were made to A99, such as adding of rules on limitation to cold forming of Austenite material, and rules on minimum requirements of lack-of-penetration structure on welds of connecting parts. Simplified adjustment was made for common requirements of various types of water tube boiler. Major changes were made to quoted standards. ANSI was conversed into ASME standard and updated to the latest edition, which shows trans-century trends.
