摘　　要：梨状肌损伤综合征是由于梨状肌急慢性损伤刺激或压迫坐骨神经而引发臀部及腿部疼痛为主的一系列症状。临床较为常见。近3年来,运用针刺加推拿治疗梨状肌损伤综合征76例,本文对治疗方法以及取得的效果,以下简单报道。the piriformis injury syndrome is due to piriformis acute and chronic injury of the sciatic nerve irritation or compression caused by hip and leg pain censistln$ mainly of a series of symptoms.
