中药足疗对早期糖尿病足干预的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:开展护理干预糖尿病足的临床研究,探讨中药熏洗剂对早期糖尿病足临床疗效的影响。方法:将56例糖尿病足0级和1级的病人随机分为观察组和对照组,两组一般治疗护理措施相同,观察组用中药熏洗剂足疗,对照组用温水泡足,第一疗程、第二疗程结束后分别用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:辨证应用中药足疗能有效干预糖尿病患者早期糖尿病足的病情发展,减少糖尿病足溃疡的发生,有临床应用价值。Objective： To carry out the clinical study of nursing intervention in the diabetic foot,explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine smoked lotion on the clinical efficacy of early diabetic foot.Methods：56 cases of diabetic foot 0 class and 1 class patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and comparing group with the same general treatment and care measures except the observation group smoked lotion foot with traditional Chinese medicine and the comparing group using a warm water foot.Use SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis respectively,after the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment.Results ：The comparing Group total effi-ciency was significantly higher（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion： the dialectical application of Chinese medicine foot can in-tervene in diabetic patients with early diabetic foot disease progression effectively and reduce diabetic foot ulcers with clinical value.
