摘  要:目的:检测冠心病患者血清中纳米细菌感染率与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的浓度,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测冠心病组与对照组血清中的纳米细菌抗原,同时用免疫比浊法测定其血清中的hs-CRP,并进行相关性分析。结果:冠心病组血清纳米细菌感染率为27.08%(13/48),与对照组6.25%(3/48)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组hs-CRP浓度(4.81±7.12)mg/L显著高于对照组(0.73±0.80)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冠心病组血清hs-CRP与纳米细菌血清检测结果呈正相关(r=0.489,P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者血清中的纳米细菌感染率与hs-CRP浓度均升高,二者具有正相关关系。Objective:To obvestigate the relationship between nanobacteria infection rate and the level of high- sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in serum in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and its clinical siginificance. Methods..Nanobacteria antigen in serum of 48 patients with coronary heart disease and 48 healthy adults were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), while serum hs-CRP was determined by immunoturbidimetric assay in automatic biochemical analyzer. The correlation analysis was also observed. Results:The infection rate of nanobacterial in the control group was significanlly lower than the CHD group ( 6 . 2 5 % vs 27.08%, P(0.05). In control group the concentration of hs-CRP was (0.73~0.80)rag/L, significantly lower than (4.81 ~7.12)mg/L in CHD group (P〈~0.05). Correlation analysis showed a positive relationship between nanobac^erial infection and serum hs-CRP (r=0. 489, P^O. 0.5). Conclusion: Both serum nanobacteria and hs-CRP increase in patients with CHD, which show a positive correlation between them.
