摘 要:焊缝移动是拼焊板冲压成形过程中的主要缺陷。为了解决这个问题,基于响应面法和试验数据提出了一种优化拉延筋阻力和压边力的新方法。为了在起皱和开裂约束条件下使焊缝移动最小,采用了遗传算法。把新方法应用于激光拼焊门内板冲压成形工艺中。结果表明,焊缝移动量大大减小,冲压成形性能也得到提高。The weld line movement is the main defect in the stamping process of the tailor-weld blanks (TWB). To resolve this problem, a new approach optimizing the resistance of drawbead and blank holder force was presented based on a response surface method and the Latin-square experiment data. And a genetic optimization algorithm was adopted for minimizing the weld line movement under the restraint of crack and wrinkle. Then new approach was applied to the stamping process of an inner door panel with tailor-welded blanks structure. The results show that the weld line movement is greatly reduced and the formability is also improved.
