摘　　要：U形连接件是某产品重要零件。通过零件工艺性分析,提出了基于镜面的零件表面质量的模具设计方案。整套模具工作时,动作可靠,成形的产品质量合格。The U-shaped connection plates are important parts of a product.Through the process analysis of the parts, a die design scheme based on the surface qudity of the mirror surface was put forward. While die works, motion is reliable and formed parts were qualified.
