摘 要:目的观察在短期头低位卧床模拟失重状态下健康人视网膜电图(electroretinography,ERG)的变化情况。方法 14名男性健康志愿者-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态,受试前、受试第2天及受试第5天按照国际视觉电生理协会的临床电生理标准(2008年修订)记录其视杆细胞反应、最大混合反应、振荡电位、视锥细胞反应和30 Hz闪烁光反应。结果视锥细胞反应及闪烁光反应在受试前后无显著变化(P>0.05);视杆细胞反应及最大混合反应波的潜伏期有显著改变(P<0.01),而波幅无明显改变(P>0.05);振荡电位右眼O1波潜伏期呈现逐步延长趋势(P=0.0017);其余各波的潜伏期及波幅均无显著改变(P>0.05);但振荡电位各波的波幅及总和波均呈现在受试第2天升高,受试第5天恢复的趋势。结论头低位模拟失重状态对ERG有一定程度的影响,但其影响轻微。Objective To observe the influence of short-term head-down tilt(HDT) simulated weightlessness on ERG of healthy people.Methods-6° Head-down tilt was adopted in 14 healthy volunteers.Flash ERG,including rod response,maxium response,cone response,oscillatory potentials(OPs) and 30 Hz flicker recorded before and on the 2nd day and 5th day of HDT,and the latency and amplitude from each wave were analyzed.The record procedure followed the ISCEV standard for full-field clinical electroretinography(2008 update).Results No significant difference was detected in the latencies and amplitudes of cone response and 30 Hz flicker among various time points(P〉0.05).The latencies were significantly prolonged in b wave of rod and a,b waves of maxiume responses(P〈0.01),but no obvious change was found in amplitudes(P〉0.05).The latency of O1 wave of right eye prolonged significantly(P=0.0017).No significant difference was detected in the latencies and amplitudes of other waves(P〉0.05).But the amplitudes of all waves were increased at the 2nd day of HDT,and decreased at the 5th day.Conclusion Head-down tilt simulated weightlessness can influence ERG slightly.
