摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝并发症的发生原因及预防方法。方法回顾性分析经无张力疝修补术治疗的256例老年腹股沟疝患者的临床资料，分析其并发症的发生原因。结果本组256例患者术后发生并发症20例，发生率为7．81％，主要并发症为阴囊血肿，尿潴留，异物感，疼痛，复发，下肢静脉血栓形成及切口感染等。结论老年腹股沟疝开放式无张力修补术后并发症的发生原因较多，充分的术前准备、规范的手术操作、合理的术后处理是预防并发症发生的关键。Objective To investigate the causes and precautions of senile inguinal hernia with treatment of tension-free hernioplasty. Methods The clinical data of 256 senile inguinal hernia patients treated by tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. And the causes of its complications were analyzed. Results Among the 256 patients, there were 20 cases with complications after surgery, with the incurrence of 7.81%. Main complications were hematoma d scrotum, uroschesis, incision infection, foreign body sensation, lower limb venous thrombosis and recurrence, etc. Conclusion There are many causes for post-operative complications with tension-free hernioplasty treatment of senile inguinal hernia. Sufficient pre-operative preparation, normative surgery operations, and proper post-operative treatment are the keys to the prevention for complications.
