摘　　要：研究蒙古族文化发展战略问题,要研究与蒙古族文化具有孪生关系的蒙古学;要研究影响和制约蒙古族文化发展的各种因素及其现实状况;特别要从蒙古族文化研究现状和未来的发展趋势出发,认真总结蒙古族文化发展战略等问题,为进一步推动蒙古族文化研究提供策略支持。The studing development of Mongolian culture and strategic issues, must study the Mongolian that have relationship with the Mongolian culture , must study the various factors and reality that restricts the development of Mongolian culture, The Specially researching from the Mongolian culture and future trend, con- scientiously sums up the Mongolian cultural development strategy and so on, for promoting Mongolian culture and policy support.
