摘  要:目的建立苦参和复方苦参注射液中三叶豆紫檀苷的定性、定量分析方法。方法采用TLC法对苦参和复方苦参注射液中三叶豆紫檀苷作鉴别。采用HPLC法测定苦参和复方苦参注射液中三叶豆紫檀苷的含量。结果 TLC图谱中可检出三叶豆紫檀苷的特征斑点;三叶豆紫檀苷含测的进样量在0.1~2.0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),苦参和复方苦参注射液的平均回收率分别为99.84%(RSD=2.11%),99.91%(RSD=0.32%)。结论本研究方法简便、结果准确可靠,适用于苦参和复方苦参注射液的质量控制。Objective To establish methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Ait.aud compound Kushen injection. Methods TLC was used for identification of trifolirhizin from Sophora flaveseens Ait. and compound Kushen injection.HPLC was used for determination of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Air. and compound Kushen injection. Results The characteristic spot of trifolirhizin could be detected by TLC.Trifolirhizin was linear within the range of 0.1 - 2.0μg (r=0.999 8).The average recovery of trifolirhizin in Sophora flavescens Ait. was 99.84%(RSD =2.11%),and compound Kushe injection was 99.91%(RSD=0.32%). Conclusion The methods are simple,accurate and reliable,suitable for the quality control for Sopbora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.
