两种治疗方法在喉白斑病显微手术后应用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究喉白斑病显微手术后应用两种治疗方法的临床疗效,探讨喉白斑病的防治方法。方法将42例喉白斑病患者分为中西医结合治疗组及常规对照治疗组,两组均行喉显微手术治疗,中西医结合治疗组除常规治疗外,在术后同时应用中药金喉一方,对两组术后症状、体征进行评分,比较两种治疗方法在改善喉白斑病症状、体征情况,以及在防止复发、恶变方面的优缺点。结果与常规对照治疗组比较,中西医结合治疗组在缓解症状、改善体征方面具有较好的远期疗效,可延缓或减少复发,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),恶变率组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.158)。结论中西医结合治疗对喉白斑病变具有较好的远期干预治疗作用,可延缓或减少喉白斑病的复发。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the two therapeutic methods on the leukoplakia of the larynx. Methods 42 cases with leukoplakia of the larynx were divided into integration of traditional and western medicine group and conventional treatment group.Symptoms and signs scores was observed to compare the efficacy,the advantages and disadvantages of preventing the recurrence of malignant between two groups. Results The integration of traditional and western medicine method applied after laryngomicro-surgery on leukoplakia of the larynx showed a long-term efficacy,as to alleviate the symptoms,improve the signs,and delay or reduce the recurrence （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integration of traditional and western medicine method shows a long-term efficacy on leukoplakia of the larynx,and it can slow down or reduce the recurrence.
