摘　　要：目的探讨腕关节镜辅助掌侧锁定钢板技术治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的方法。方法本组共25例,均应用腕关节镜辅助掌侧锁定钢板技术治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折。结果所有骨折均一期愈合,术后随访4个月～2年。术后测量掌倾角8°～17°,尺偏角16°～26°,骨折完全愈合时间8～16周,平均(11.4±0.7)周。腕关节功能按Sarmiento标准评定为优15例,良7例,可3例。放射学参照Lidstrom评价为优良的为89.7%。结论应用腕关节镜辅助掌侧锁定钢板技术治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折简单、微创、实用,疗效满意,是一种有效的治疗手段。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with dorsal locking plate combined with arthroscopic treatment on the distal radius comminuted fractures. Methods 295 patients with distal radius comminuted fractures treated with locking plate combined with arthroscopic treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results Followed up the 25 cases for 4 -24 months,12 months as the average.After operation,the angle of metacarpal obliquity was 8° - 17° ,the angle of metacarpal was 16° - 26 ° ,completely union of fracture was 8 - 16 weeks.The average was （11.4 ±0.7） weeks. According to satmienocriteria,15 cases were graded as great,7 cases were graded as good,and the rest 3 cases as fair. According to lidstrom of radio appreciation,the excellent rate was 89.7%. Conclusion It has the following advantages as simple,microinvasive,with good reduction,reliable, a satisfactory result and fewer complication.
