摘　　要：目的探讨进展期直肠癌患者手术前介入治疗的围手术期护理。方法采用Seldinger技术穿刺股动脉插管,通过置管直肠上动脉灌注化疗药物,并加用明胶海绵颗粒。对患者在围手术期实施有计划、有步骤的护理措施。结果 36例进展期直肠癌患者行介入治疗后无严重并发症发生,10～14d后行直肠癌根治术获得成功,术中出血明显减少。结论通过介入治疗提高了直肠癌根治术的成功率,术后观察及护理是防止并发症发生的重要环节。Objective To investigate the perioperation care of interventional treatment for the patients of advanced rectal cancer before surgery. Methods To adopt Seldinger technique to eannulate catheterize femoral artery to the arteria rectalis superior for infusion of chemotherapy and the particles of gelfoam,and implement the systematiea nursing care during the perioperation of interventional therapy. Results 36 cases of advanced rectal cancer had been carried out interventional therapy, no complication occurred and radical mastectomy had been performed successfully after 10 to 14 days and bleeded obviously less during operation. Conclusion Interventional treatment can improve the success rate of the reseetable rectal cancer,postoperative observation and nursing are the important part to prevent complications.
