摘　　要：目的探讨强化心理干预对母乳喂养的影响。方法将70例身体健康足月分娩的初产妇随机分为对照组和实验组两组,在行母乳喂养宣教情况下,另外对实验组进行母乳喂养强化心理干预。结果实验组全部实现纯母乳喂养,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正确宣教,不断地进行心理暗示和强化可以使健康母亲实现纯母乳喂养。Objective To study the effect of the strengthening psychological intervention on breastfeeding. Methods 40 patients with healthy term delivery were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.In the condition of breastfeeding mission cases,the experimental group was treated with strengthening psychological intervention. Results The experimental group achieved to conduct the whole pure breastfeeding.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The right mission,psychological suggestion and strengthen can make healthy mothers to achieve exclusive breastfeeding.
